First Orientation Meeting held Saturday

Thanks to all who attended the first orientation meeting. I hope you found it interesting and informative. We hope you'll be back, too.

I always seem to learn something new at the orientation. It was good to get another perspective on equipment purchase. This is the only sport (or so it seems) where you will get most, if not all, your investment back. Most sports require equipment purchases and maybe extra coaching. With Rifle, there is always a market for used air rifles and small bore rifles, and all the other equipment purchased.

I am looking forward to the second installment of Orientation this Saturday, dark and early, at 6:15 a.m.!!!!

Fall Finale Match held Sept. 6

The Fall Finale Rifle Match was held on Sept. 6 at the Fairfax Rod and Gun Club. It was a very wet day with the tail end of Hurricane Hannah pummelling Northern Virginia. The match was cut short due to the weather and I can say that everyone was soaked to the skin on this one. Robinson had a very good showing in this match.
